I sent a fax [or left a voice mail] requesting a reservation.  I haven't received a confirmation yet. How long does a confirmation take?

Reservations may be submitted by fax, phone, or e-mail.  Generally, reservations are confirmed within 24 hours, by e-mail or telephone.  If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please e-mail us at sussexmanagement@comcast.net and we will contact you as soon as possible. Back to Top

Can I cancel my reservation?

We realize that last minute changes are just the 'cost of doing business' in the police environment. We do not penalize you for circumstances beyond your control. You may cancel or reschedule without penalty. We only ask that you advise us in advance of the class,so that we can adjust accordingly. If you have prepaid, you will receive a credit to be applied to a later class. Back to Top

What happens if our student does not show improvement after attending the workshop?

All our classes are guaranteed. If your officer does not show improvement, or simply asks to attend the class again, the only charge is the materials fee.


What happens if the class I scheduled is canceled or rescheduled?

When departments need to reschedule their officers, the class may also need to be rescheduled.  We will notify the training officers for the remaining departments.  It may be convenient to move them to another class; if not, we'll credit your department for an upcoming class, or, we'll return your tuition.

How far in advance can I schedule a class at our training facility?

We schedule classes up to one year in advance.  Classes are limited to twelve (12) officers.  If you have fewer than twelve officers to enroll, we suggest opening the class up to other departments.  Back to Top

What equipment do we need in order to host the class?

The only requirements for the class are a writing surface adequate for twelve students, a VCR w/ monitor and screen, a white board or flip chart, and coffee!  We provide all handouts.  Back to Top

What is the maximum class size?

Classes are limited to twelve members.  Since the class is certified for reimbursement by the Illinois Law Enforcement Officers Training Board, you may want to limit your reservations to six in any one class. Back to Top

 How do I pay for tuition?

 When we receive your reservation we will send an invoice along with the confirmation.

Payment by check drawn on your municipality is due upon completion of the class.  We do not accept credit cards.

 Criminal Justice Students may enroll in classes hosted by outside agencies.  Non-refundable tuition for these classes is payable prior to the class, and by Cashier's Check or Money Order only.  Back to Top
